Quality Politics

Our serious approach to the services we provide is evidenced by the fact that the company is operating in compliance with procedures described in standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14000.

 

In 2003, Ekobana UAB has implemented a quality management system according to the requirements of standard ISO 9001:2000.

 

In 2006, Ekobana UAB has implemented an environmental protection management system according to the requirements of standard ISO 14001:2004.

 

In 2010, on a platform of software Terrasoft, Ekobana UAB has realized CRM program to unify the sales proceses, regulate sales phases’ sequence and duration and manage the relationships with customers. CRM (Customer Relationships Management) is a business strategy that enables the planning and control of the project implementation phases, accelerate the sales process, and monitor managers’ efforts and sales results. Job scheduling and monitoring tools allow to intensify the work of managers, while automated and controlled formation of the proposals allows to save time and avoid errors. The essence of this system is concentration on the client in order to keep him because he is one of the main company’s resources.

Document management and quality management is carried out in accordance with ISO standards.
